Beta. Your data is yours, never pooled, never trained on.
The principle: custody, not absence
We hold some of your data on purpose, because that is what an operating system does: a monitor cannot run overnight against a browser tab, and a study cannot be reproduced in two years against a series nobody kept. What matters is not whether we hold it but on what terms. Everything we hold is encrypted at rest, scoped to your account, exportable in full and deletable in full, at any time and without asking us.
Never pooled
One customer's data never sits in a store another customer can read, and we derive no aggregate, benchmark or ranking across customers. Every query that reads your records is scoped to your account in the data layer itself, not in the page that displays it.
Never learned from
Nothing you give us trains or tunes anything. Not a model, not a ranking, not a default, not a suggestion shown to anybody else. Your proprietary model and strategy logic are never ingested at all.
Never redistributed
Vendor data you supply stays under your licence and your entitlement. We do not resell it, republish it, or use it to serve another customer.
What we collect to run the service
Account identity from your sign-in provider (name, email), and operational telemetry: request shapes, sizes, latency and error codes. Telemetry records counts and shapes and never the values inside your payloads.
Third parties
We use an authentication provider for sign-in and a hosting provider to run the service. Language-model reasoning runs under a key you supply wherever the OS runs on your own machine; where we run it for you in the portal, prompts carry your working context and never your raw supplied series. No third party is given your stored records for their own use.
